DENAZYME PLA2 is a pure, microbial phospholipase A2 with functionality for phospholipid hydrolysis. DENAZYME PLA2 is a Kosher and Halal certified alternative to phospholipase A2 derived from porcine pancreas. It is produced via fermentation from Streptomyces sp.
