We offer a variety of flame laminated customized fabrics, leathers and screens. Flame lamination produces laminates by bonding foam to fabric/film through a process of passing the foam over an open flame. This creates a thin layer of molten polymer on the foam surface, which is then attached to the fabric or film by applying pressure between the two surfaces. TIMLE, a Nagase group company, produces flame-laminated textiles and synthetic leathers at its two plants in Leon, Mexico.
