Denafilter™

Polymer filters remove impurities and gel from polymer solutions including PET, PP, PC, and cellulose. Denafilter™ is a patented polymer melt filtration system that is highly precise, featuring a long on-stream life, and minimal low pressure loss. It is made of heat-and-pressure-resistant, anti-corrosive stainless steel, featuring a special inner retainer. Denafilter™ is offered in three varieties in order to optimize customer needs, including filtration area, maintenance, on-stream life, and cost.
Applications
For filtration of various resins prior to pelletization (or other processes) and film extrusion of both optical films as well as packaging and industrial films.
