Itasca, IL, September 9, 2025 – Nagase America LLC, a global leader in material sciences and ingredients, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dani Cao as Senior Vice President of the Chemicals and Life & Healthcare division, effective September 2, 2025.  

As a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience across the chemicals and life sciences industries, Dani brings a dynamic combination of global commercial expertise and operational excellence to the role. She will be responsible for accelerating growth, enhancing customer and supplier partnerships, and driving innovation across Nagase America’s Chemicals and Life & Healthcare business.

Before joining Nagase America, Dani served as Chief Commercial Officer at Kensing Solutions and held senior leadership positions at Brenntag and Air Products & Chemicals across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
