Nano-Precipitated Calcium Carbonate

Nano-precipitated calcium carbonate products with an average particle size of 40 nm.  They can be used as functional additives and fillers for plastics, paper, paint, ink and rubber.  In coatings, these nanoparticles act as a partial replacement of titanium dioxide without affecting the whiteness of the finished product.  Additionally, they can improve the thixotropic properties, speed up drying time, and impart gloss to coatings and inks.
